MADAME P Crick was shut due to water burst but no sweat as we were guided to the 'secret' location round the corner (Chora's practice room) deep within the old factory complex and it turned out to be a bit of a party atmosphere as this temporary speakeasy (that's a word that keeps popping up at the moment..). Trip Reset playing, ice cold cider, friends old and new.... Anyway no talking while the acts are playing..and off we go (everyone sat on the floor) with the Norweigan boys on drone machine and miked up whisks and an old tape player followed by Italian alt-singer Madame P with some delay pedals and samples on a pink fluffy rug surrounded by fairy lights... Together for the finale they couldn't help beating each other with the mikes to a backdrop of an industrial beat...(pic). A fun gig.
